Online Purchases Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from CareToDance, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates must be activated within 12 months of purchase. Once activated, all services associated with the certificate must be used within this 6-weeks of this date (the activation date). Any services/products booked  after this period will be forfeited.

2. Specific Course or Service Terms: Please note that specific courses or services booked using the gift certificates may be subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 

3. Group Classes and Complimentary Activities: These must be scheduled within the same week as the associated private lesson(s). Failure to do so may result in forfeiting these activities.

4. Event Tickets: Tickets for upcoming events are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
